I’ve Made This Tofu 3x This Week.

Typically eaten in a frenzy as a finger meals at 5pm, however normally tossed on high of a creamy kale caesar salad such as you see right here – it’s bar meals meets healthful meals.

This buffalo tofu is means too straightforward. Simply legal.

Zero batters and breading, zero chopping boards to clean. Only a two ingredient scorching sauce + butter combo and a fast air fry or bake for the crispy tofu base.

You may throw this tofu right into a wrap or bowl, however currently what has actually been floating my boat is only a massive ol’ pile of this saucy tofu on high of a Caesar salad. My faves:

  • The bagged Caesar from Dealer Joe’s
  • The shop-bought vegan Caesar dressing from Dealer Joe’s (it’s within the refrigerated part)

The buffalo sauce is simply too spicy for my ladies, so I depart just a few items for them with out the sauce to dip in ranch or ketchup. And so they like it.
