Components
1-1/2 Oz. Tequila
(I choose Reposado for this margarita)
1/4 Oz. Cointreau
2 Oz. Recent Watermelon Juice
1 Oz. Recent Lime Juice
2 Dashes Scorching Sauce
Pinch of Sea Salt

Garnish
Tajin Powder & Sugar Rim,
Pickled Watermelon Rind

Instructions
Juice 2 mini watermelons, chill juice.
Pickle the leftover rinds.
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime then dip in a mix of 1 teaspoon of Tajin and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add elements to a blender with 1/2 cup of ice, mix till clean then pour right into a margarita glass, garnish and serve.
