30   ml   Myers’s Darkish Rum

30   ml   Bacardi 151-Proof Rum

60   ml   Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

120 ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

15   ml   Bennett’s Honey

  5   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime juice

Glass         Poco Grande

Technique      Shake and Pressure

Combination

In a shaker with ice cubes, mix all substances besides bacardi 151-proof rum; shake and pressure into a calming poco grande glass with ice cubes; prime with bacardi 151-proof rum
