Espresso Recipe

30   ml   Veterano Brandy De Jerez

15   ml   Kahlua Espresso Liqueur

120 ml   Lavazza Contemporary Sizzling Espresso       

1    tsp   Domino Darkish Brown Sugar

30   ml   Nestle Whipped Cream

 

Glass         Espresso Mug

Technique      Pour and Stir

 

Combination

In a sizzling espresso mug; Pour brandy de jerez,  kahlua and brown sugar; Stir; Fill the glass with the contemporary sizzling espresso and stir nicely; prime it with chilled whipping cream (Notice: Rim the glass by dipping kahlua after which brown sugar)

Garnish      Crimson Cherry
