Anejo Highball

 

Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   Anejo Rum

15   ml  Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur 

30   ml   Easy Syrup  (2 sugar>1 water)

120 ml   Ginger Ale

30   ml   Contemporary Lime Juice

10   ml    Lemon Juice

  2   sprint  Angsstura Bitters  

 

Glass         Poco Grande or Highball Glass

Methodology      Stir

 

Combination

In a shaker with ice, mix all components; Stir and pressure into a relaxing poco grande glass with ice cubes  

Garnish     Lime Wedge
