COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 Oz. Vodka
1-1/2 Oz. V.S.O.P. Cognac

1 Tsp Amontillado Sherry
1-1/2 Oz. Champagne

GARNISH
Orange Slice

DIRECTIONS
Add the vodka, Cognac and sherry to a mixing glass stuffed with ice.
Slowly prime off with Champagne.
Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
