INGREDIENTS:

Up glass
2 oz Rye (use Sazerac 6 yr if in case you have it, Bulleit Rye is a good substitute, bourbon will work in a pinch)
.25 oz Carpano Antica Method
.25 oz Ramazzotti
Chipotle Cocktail Spice
Ice
Orange twist

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker, mix ice, Rye, Antica Method, and Ramazzotti.
Add 1 ½ blasts* of Chipotle Cocktail Spice.
Shake and pressure into an Up glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.

* a blast is a measurement describing one eyedropper of Cocktail Spice – approx 25 drops
