Cocktail Recipe

45   ml   Campari Bitter Liqueur Aperitif

90   ml   Soda Water

Glass         Highball / Poco Grande  

Technique      Pour and Stir  

Combination 

In a relaxing highball or poco grande glass with ice cubes; Pour campari bitters over ice  and fill with Soda Water; Stir gently  

Garnish     Twist of Orange Peel / slice orange and purple cherry
